Both give you a search bar that applies whatever you type. Dagger stops at effects. FXSeeker also finds your saved presets and transitions. Start on Dagger, and pay when you catch yourself digging for a preset.
Guide 003 / Premiere Pro / Plugin tier list
Premiere still can’t paste an image you copied, or ease a keyframe without a fight. Six plugins fix the basics Adobe skipped.
Five of the six cost nothing to start.
Each one deletes a step Premiere makes you do by hand.
S tier means I’d miss that step within the hour, A tier by the end of the week. B tier is good, but something else here does it better.

Put the playhead between two keyframes, pick the property and apply a curve. Save the good ones as presets. On Premiere 2025 or newer, take the .ccx rather than the .zxp. It’s the version where Cmd+Z works.
Copy an image in your browser and paste it at the playhead. It lands in its own Arrow bin, with no Downloads folder in between. It also copies frames out, handy for thumbnails.
It finds the last number in the name and bumps it, so edit_v03 becomes edit_v04 and v03 stays as it was. It also nags you after an hour without saving. Annoying, right up until Premiere crashes.
My intros, text presets, adjustment layers and sound effects live in it, and one shortcut drops them onto the timeline fully built. Free gets you one deck of 40 cards, plenty to know if it sticks. It’s an affiliate link, so if you go Pro through it I get a cut.
Adobe will get round to these eventually. You don’t have to wait.
Start with Arrow. Next time you need a logo in an edit, copy it off the brand’s site and paste. Then try remembering the old way.
Not ranked, obviously. It’s mine.
